First Clinical Site Activated and Screening Initiated for FRF-001
New York — July 22, 2026 — We are excited to share that our first site, Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, has been activated, and screening for the trial has begun.
We expect the first participant to be enrolled shortly. As communicated in our recent webinar, the gateway for potential participation in the trial is filling out the Citizen Health survey, which is sent to families whose child is registered in the FOXG1 Citizen Health natural history study. Families will be contacted if their child is chosen to be screened. We will announce additional participating sites at the time they are activated.

This marks the start of our clinical trial for FRF-001.”
